Ciiboard for iPhone and Windows
Save text snippets and use the Ciiboard keyboard and 2FA codes on iPhone. Pair with a floating island on Windows. Tap Send, and your text is ready in the PC clipboard.
A keyboard for your snippets. Tap a card to insert the whole snippet at your cursor, with line breaks intact. No Full Access needed.
Send to Windows. Press Ctrl+V. One tap on iPhone sends text to your PC clipboard. Sending it back is just a right-click away.
Tap a 2FA code. Send it to PC. Tap a code on iPhone to send it straight to the PC where you are signing in.

On iPhone
Save the text you type again and again: billing details, customer replies, signatures and addresses. Organize it in colored folders, pin favorites to the top and find them in a second.
Switch to Ciiboard with the globe key, then tap a card to insert the entire snippet at your cursor, preserving spaces and blank lines. Swipe the tabs to view All, Pinned or individual folders.
No Full Access needed. The keyboard reads only a copy of your regular text library and never sends your text over the network.
Add an account by scanning its QR code, or transfer multiple accounts from Google Authenticator with just a few scans. View codes and their countdowns in the app or the keyboard’s Authenticator tab.
Signing in on PC? Tap a code to send it straight to your Windows clipboard.
Private
Locks automatically when you leave or switch appsUnlock Private storage with Face ID or Touch ID. Each snippet is encrypted on your device, kept out of the keyboard and never sent to PC. Clipboard copies expire after 60 seconds.
Pairing
From the system tray, choose Pair iPhone or iPad. The QR code is valid for 2 minutes.
In Ciiboard, open Settings → Windows computers → Scan pairing code.
The devices connect over your home Wi‑Fi. Once paired, just tap Send.
On Windows
Ciiboard sits at the top center of your screen. It stays compact when idle and expands for your music, running agents and copied content. Scroll down to explore.
When nothing needs your attention, the island shrinks to a small pill with your plush companion asleep.
Copied text, images and files appear in the Clipboard tab. Drag them into Slack, Explorer or another app, pin what you need and organize items in folders. Right-click a text item to send it to iPhone.
Clipboard history is stored only in memory. Ciiboard skips content marked private by your password manager.
Open an item to edit its text, trim extra spaces, join lines or add images and files to a bundle. Paste into Word, Outlook or Gmail with text and images intact. Text-only apps receive just the text.
Select Save to keep the bundle after restarting. It is encrypted for your Windows account.
Drag to select an area, then add pen strokes, arrows, boxes, highlights or text. Press Enter to copy, Ctrl+S to save, or pin the image above other windows. Everything stays on your device.
Record the full screen or an area at 24, 30 or 60 frames per second, with or without the cursor. Pause and stop right on the island.
Hold the middle mouse button, or Ctrl + left-click, for half a second anywhere. Pinned snippets and recent copies appear beside your cursor. Choose an item to paste into the field you just clicked.
It sleeps when idle, focuses while your agent runs and celebrates when the work is done. When the island is idle, it wanders around your screen or follows your cursor. Play music, and it puts on headphones and bobs along beside the island.
Choose your companion
No account. No relay server. Your text goes straight from iPhone to PC over your home Wi‑Fi, with end-to-end encryption, and only when you choose to send it.
No cloud sync. Private snippets are encrypted with a key tied to Face ID or Touch ID.
Copied content does not transfer automatically. If the connection drops, nothing is queued to send later.
The island is hidden from screen sharing, and hides while you present or use full-screen mode.
The iPhone app collects no data. On Windows, crash reports and usage statistics contain none of your content, and each can be turned off separately.
Each app is useful on its own. Pair them to get the most from both.

Yes. The devices connect directly over the same Wi‑Fi network, without a relay server. On first launch, allow Ciiboard through the Windows firewall on private networks. Keep Ciiboard open on iPhone to send and receive content.
No. Content is sent only when you tap “Send to Windows”. For 2FA codes, tapping a code sends it straight to the PC where you are signing in.
It is saved as a new snippet on the Home screen and copied to your iPhone clipboard, ready to paste.
No. Password fields and apps that block third-party keyboards use the system keyboard. In those cases, tap Copy in Ciiboard and paste as usual.
Not yet. Your library is stored only on your iPhone. For 2FA codes, keep the original accounts in Google Authenticator as a backup.
Claude Code (the CLI and Code tab in Claude Desktop) and ChatGPT Codex. Enable each agent separately in Settings. Turning one off removes only Ciiboard’s hook and leaves your other settings intact.
Yes. Both apps support Vietnamese and English. The Windows app also has light and dark themes.
